This workshop provides leadership strategies for aspiring leaders and those wishing to increase their leadership effectiveness. S.P.A.C.E. |  Duration: 2 hours/4 hours
This workshop introduces five dimensions of social intelligence as defined by Dr. Karl Albrecht, the author of Social Intelligence: The New Science of Human Relationship. The workshop demonstrates how to apply key concepts to improve interaction with co-workers, customers and business associates. You Can’t Give What You Don’t Have | Duration: 3 hours
This 3-hour leadership workshop examines personality or temperament groups first established by Hippocrates. Participants identify personal strengths and weaknesses. They also obtain a better understanding of others and how to accept their differences.

Stress Management Seminar | Duration: 8 hours
This 1-day workshop helps participants obtain a comprehensive understanding of stress, builds upon their current coping resources and stress-management skills, and assists them in developing new coping resources and stress-management skills.

Women Folk: Business and Social Saavy | Duration: 8 hours
This 1-day workshop for women details the soft skills necessary in today’s business arena. The workshop is fun and informative.
